On Sunday, July 31, 2022, the Polaris SaaS production systems will be upgraded to Polaris version 2022.6.0 during our scheduled maintenance window of 8am to 2pm Eastern Time.
What’s new?
Support for the latest Coverity 2022.6.0 analysis engine including:
Support for Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022
Support for LLVM Clang 14.0
Support for Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 for C/C++ compiler
Support for JavaScript ECMAScript 12 (also known as ECMAScript 2021)
In the interest of delivering the most value to customers in the shortest amount of time, we’re releasing experimental support for Mac M1 with the following limitations:
Build capture is not available
Buildless capture (including Swift) is available
Autocapture is available but will not succeed at doing build capture
Note: Experimental features are not fully tested and are not subject to the same level of support from Synopsys. Please use caution when leveraging this feature
Display update to Coverity version drop-down to be in chronological order
Ability to add up to 200 projects into a Polaris application (increased from 100)
